Once payment verification process has been completed, we will deliver you our products within 14 days. Delivery notification will also be issued to customers once products have been sent.

Payment via Visa and Master Cards
All Visa and Master card types of credit cards are acceptable for payment, excluding Visa or Master Electron cards. Cards issued by certain banks must be registered for Verified by Visa services from such banks to prevent fraud. Once you have registered for Verified by visa, you will receive an extra password when you make an online transaction.

Return Policy
• If the item you received is damaged, please call us at 02-6583932 Ext. 44 within five days after the date you have received the item. We will send a replacement to you to ensure that you will receive our product in good condition.
• If you would like to return your received item (item must be in good condition) and you require a refund, please call us at 02-6583932 Ext. 44 and send the item back to us within 30 days after the date you have received the item. You will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
